Five intrepid survivors met up at the Cliffhanger café in Highcliffe.
Despite the 12 month gap from the previous meeting, due to Covid, we soon reverted to our informal meeting purpose – drinking coffee and chatting about anything and everything that comes to mind. Just a bunch of guys with very different backgrounds having a good natter. The only thing we have in common is we have all survived being an inpatient at a local hospital.
Topics we covered inevitably embraced hobbies, the state of the NHS, interesting and amusing recollections of people and events from our pasts but always with good humour and enjoyment of each other’s company.
If you are a survivor and would like to join us for future gatherings (dates to be agreed shortly and announced here on the website) please contact Ken Tullett who has agreed to be the contact point for the group.
